How to Assemble & Install Harvester Attachment

6. Secure Blade with Lock Nut: Hand-tighten the lock nut first, then use a socket wrench to firmly tighten it. Ensure the blade rotates freely by spinning it by hand – it should have no contact with the frame.
7. Install Lock Plate & Security Pin: Place the lock plate on the blade assembly, aligning the holes. Insert the 4mm security pin through the lock plate holes and tighten to prevent blade rotation.
8. Attach Top Guard & Paddy Guard: Install the top guard shield over the blade assembly to protect the cutting mechanism. Secure the paddy guard (crop collection shield) by loosening two screws on the side, sliding the guard into position, and re-tightening the screws.
9. Test for Proper Assembly: Manually rotate the blade assembly to ensure smooth, free rotation without any binding or contact with the guards or frame.
10. Final Safety Check: Verify all bolts, nuts, and pins are secure before operating. The blade should spin freely with no obstructions.
