These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Insight Equipment’s and Insight AgroTech Website, located at India.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Insight Equipment if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Price & Payments:

The price of Insight Equipment’s Products is as quoted on the Site from time to time.

Prices include GST but exclude Approximate delivery costs (it may increase and depends on your delivery address). which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket. and have selected your chosen different delivery method.

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time. but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

The Site contains a large number of Insight Equipments Products and it is always possible that. despite our best efforts, some of the Insight Equipments Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that. where an Insight Equipments Products correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If an Insight Equipments Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Insight Equipments Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

Payment for all orders must be made by a third-party payment gateway (ROZOPAY) on the checkout page. We accept payment through Rozopay (third-party payment services) by most major credit and debit cards. Also, you can transfer funds directly to your bank through the bank transfer option or you can make payment as COD (Cash on Delivery) by paying 20% cart amount + shipping charges as advance payment and the remaining amount will be COD at the time of delivery

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. We also carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card. and Insight Equipments Products will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Please note. it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.


Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and delivery pin code area, calculated shipping charges are approximate may be increased or reduced based on actual weight and courier partner services charges.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Policy

We are not accepting any returns, only some certain conditions we accept Upto 10 Days, since all products and their spare parts were tested and checked.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You understand that our Services are provided “as is” and without any kind of warranty (express or implied). We are expressly disclaiming any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any warranties implied by a course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade.


We do not guarantee that: (i) the Services will be secure or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any defects or errors will be corrected; (iii) the results of using the Services will meet your expectations. You use the Services solely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Insight Equipment’s and Insight Agrotech , nor our employees or directors shall be liable to you for any lost profits or revenues, or for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the India and by the laws of the State of Maharashtra (Wardha Judiciary) without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Wardha, Maharashtra, India and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. Any claim under these Terms of Use must be brought within one (1) Month after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. Claims made under the separate terms and conditions of purchase for goods and services are not subject to this limitation. No recovery may be sought or received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except that the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees. In the event of any controversy or dispute between company and you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the parties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve any such dispute. If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days), then either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.
